Data deletion

This page explains how to have your data deleted from Knight21 Business OS, including data received from Facebook and Instagram.

If you connected Facebook or Instagram (business users)

To stop sharing and remove the connection:

• In the app: Settings → Integrations → Facebook → Disconnect. We stop receiving leads at once and delete the stored Page access token.
• Or in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find “Knight21 Business OS” and choose Remove.

To also delete the leads and other data already received, email info@knight21.in with the subject “Delete Facebook data” from the email address of your account, and tell us the business (workspace) name and the Facebook Page. We confirm by email and delete the data within 30 days, and from backups as they roll over (within 90 days).

If you filled a business’s lead form on Facebook or Instagram

Your details were sent to the business whose ad you answered, and that business controls them. Please ask that business to delete them. You can also email info@knight21.in with the subject “Delete my lead data”, your name, the phone number or email you entered, and the business name; we will forward your request to the business and help it delete your data within 30 days.

Deleting a whole workspace

The workspace owner can request deletion in Settings → Data & privacy. Before deletion the owner can export all data. Once deletion is completed it cannot be undone. Invoices and payment records the law requires us to keep are kept only for that period.

Deleting your own user account

Ask your workspace owner to remove you from the team, or email info@knight21.in from the email address of your account. We delete your account data within 30 days, except records the business or the law needs to keep (for example attendance and payroll records your employer must keep).
